Our VA Matchmaking Service for businesses offers the following:
Initial consultation: We will schedule up to a one-hour meeting with you to discuss your specific Virtual Assistant requirements.
Thorough brief document: Based on the consultation, we will create a detailed brief document to accurately understand your needs.
Network of Virtual Assistants: We will reach out to our network of 200+ local Virtual Assistants and ask for proposals from those who have the capacity and are enthusiastic about working with you in your business.
Shortlist and warm introduction: After reviewing the proposals, we will provide you with a report containing a shortlist of 1-3 VAs who are local, competent, and genuinely interested in collaborating with you. We will also facilitate warm introductions to these candidates.
Ongoing support: Throughout the process and beyond, we are available to provide any necessary assistance. Additionally, we will offer at least 1-3 additional contacts to assist you in finding the perfect VA match.
This comprehensive service is priced at $299 and, on average, saves business owners around 5-8 hours of time spent sourcing their own VA.

Terms & Conditions:
We (Newcastle Virtual Assistants) will provide you (the client) with 1-3 potential options who have expressed an interest in the opportunity to partner with, based on the brief we take and share with our community. Once provided, you will have the opportunity to connect with these business owners and engage the Virtual Assistant who will then work directly for your business.
We are not involved in the engagement or the service delivery of your Virtual Assistant, our role is to introduce to some suitable business owners from our community. You are free to forge a business relationship with the Virtual Assistant according to your needs.
If you are not satisfied with the recommendation provided to you, please notify us via email or phone and once we have had a chance to liaise with you, we will endeavour to provide you with additional recommendations. We may also extend our search to our national community, once agreed by you.
We are not responsible for the conduct of the Virtual Assistant you engage through your business and the Virtual Assistant is not an employee of the Newcastle Virtual Assistants. You will enter into a business relationship with the Virtual Assistant in a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. Any issues related to poor performance, miscommunication or conduct of the assistant is the sole responsibility of the Client (you) and the Virtual Assistant in question.
Our matchmaking service is a non-refundable service, and by paying this invoice you are agreeing to the above.
